HABITS THAT LAST A LIFETIME

The TimeGym Boot Camp is our core program. It's not a warm-fuzzy, make-me-feel-good-up-while-I-sit-on-my-duff seminar. It's about developing habits that last. It works long-term.

The TimeGym Boot Camp is the fastest way to give yourself a raisethrough increased personal efficiency.

The TimeGym Boot Camp is the most practical way to drop stressthrough clearing your mind of clutter.

Procrastinators stop procrastinating. Planner-a-holics begin to use the planners they bought. Scatterbrains can find anything in an instant. Relationships with co-workers & spouse improve because our clients can now listen and pay attention. Creativity logjams break and people instantly become more creative.

The Boot Camp is darn effective. It's so effective that the majority of clients come via word of mouth

After completing the TimeGym Boot Camp, our clients feel better about their entire lives. They feel better because they know one thing for certain once we're done: they are now organized and in control of their time.

THE BOOT CAMP PROCESS

When people hear about the results, they often ask us, "How does it work?" In brief:

  • We provide a brief training on the philosophy and principles behind the camp.

  • We help you organize (or enhance the organization of) your workspace according to your style of work.

  • We develop individualized, personal systems for streamlining the in-flow of items.

  • We clear your mind of clutter and give you personalized strategies for keeping your mind clear and stress-free.

  • We “drill” on efficient methods of dealing with work items. We practice using the actual items you have “on your plate”. Translation: You will accomplish a lot of work while being trained.

  • We analyze, improve, or develop your personal calendar system (paper or digital—you choose).

  • We set long-term strategies and goals for maintaining your new habits.

  • We provide 21 days of one-on-one, personalized follow-up via email and phone.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Do I need to use a particular type of planner or software?
The TimeGym Boot Camp works with any planning system. Outlook, Mac, Thunderbird, Franklin Covey, DayRunner, paper lists, PDA's, Tablet PC's, and notes on your hand--you name it. When in doubt, however, TimeGym recommends Outlook 2007.

  • I have a way I like to do things. Will you try to change me?
We will build your solution around you. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We will help you adapt sound principles to follow the natural flow of your day. Because your personal systems will be built around the way you work, the training sticks with you.

  • What is the success rate?
The success rate is over 93% and improving. We define success as, by the 21-Day mark: a) the Client follows through and is in the habit of living the training b) the client is pleased with the results. (NOTE: We've found that the less than 7% who "fail" were not fully committed to making a change in their life. As a result, we have increased our screening criteria. Please submit a request for a No-obligation Assessment to see if the Boot Camp is a fit for you.)

  • Where does the Boot Camp take place?
We will come to you, either in person of via webcam. The Boot Camp will take place in your workspace. Your Certified Time Coach will carefully observe your style of work and provide custom-fit coaching.

  • I'm a busy person. How do I make time for this?
You'll get a lot done during the Boot Camp itself. The Boot Camp requires that you accept no calls or interruptions for at least one full workday. However, you will get a lot of your day-to-day work done. TimeGym takes a "learning by doing" approach to all of its training.

  • How do you change somebody in just a day?
The Boot Camp lasts beyond just the day of training. We will follow up with you for 21 days. A wise person once said that it takes 21 days to establish a new habit. We've found that to be true. We will also hold Q & A as needed to help you stay the course until you "own" the system.

  • How much is the Boot Camp? Is it worth it?
The Boot Camp is an investment that pays off in a big way. The cost of this Boot Camp ranges from about $1000 to over $3000 per person (the lowest rate applies to Group Boot Camps). The webcam option is the most economical since you will not need to cover travel expenses.

Typically, participants uncover at least 15%-25% more time per week. Most Boot Camp clients experience a single quarter (3 month) return on investment (ROI) of 300% or more.

  • Is financing available?
All clients have the option of making three payments to spread out the cost of the Boot Camp. We also accept all major credit cards.

  • Is there a group version of the Boot Camp?
Group Boot Camps are available for Management and Executive Teams. This option involves everyone together for the initial training. Then a Certified Time Coach works with each individual in his or her workspace. We highly recommend this training for management teams.

The Group Boot Camp is doubly effective because participants reinforce each other and begin to operate more "on the same page." Group training is the best value and costs less per person. However, for the unique needs of Business Owners or CEOs, we recommend the one-on-one TimeGym Boot Camp.
